HFSC is a USFSA sanctioned club. US Figure Skating encourages basic skills structure and philosophy to sponsor Amateur Ice Shows and promote figure skating in general.
HFSC rents the ice at the Hazen All Seasons Arena from Hazen Winter Sports Association. The club’s season typically runs from October to March. Traditionally HFSC holds an ice show in March for the public to come, watch and enjoy. This gives the skaters a chance to show off the skills they have acquired throughout the season.
